Lay sod in a brick pattern. This is easy because you can easily cut the sod with a knife before you start your next row.
Water your sod, a lot! Especially with how hot it gets in St. Louis. Make sure you’re watering your sod enough so it doesn’t burn up this summer.
Be careful mowing it. When you first lay your sod you need to be careful to not ruin it with a heavy duty commercial mower. Any time we are mowing a customers sod, we use a push mower.
