34 Degrees and Snowy in St. Louis

Saint Louis Lawn Care, Inc

This weather has been crazy so far this year in St. Louis. It is snowing, it is not sticking to the pavement, but it is snowing and just adding to the precipitation levels. With all of this wet weather it is making it hard to do any landscaping, or lawn cleanups.

We are currently working on a retaining wall and sod installation job, and this weather is making it hard to get any work completed. We plan to finish by the end of the week and leave the lawn and the retaining wall looking spectacular.

We are also still fertilizing lawns. If you have not put down a first application of fertilizer, now is the time. The cool season grasses are starting to come out of the dormant state and beginning to grow. Get this fertilizer down as the lawn begins to grow.

Now that lawns are starting to grow. It is now time to start thinking about mowing your lawn. Be sure that your lawn mower has sharp blades and fresh gas. Sharp blades will cleanly cut the grass and not tear the lawn. St. Louis Lawn Care sharpens our blades every day to give you the cleanest cut possible, making your lawn look the best that it can look.
